already used and which are part of the existing contract.

    recording, organisation, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use
    interconnection, blocking, communication, deletion and destruction of data. Your personal data are subject to processing both on paper
    and electronic and/or automated.
    The supplier will process your personal data for the time necessary to fulfil the above purposes and in any case for no longer than 6 months after
    termination of the relationship for the Service Purposes and for no longer than 2 years from the collection of the data for the Marketing Purposes. Without prejudice to the
    legal provisions for the retention of fiscal data.
  2. Data communication
    Without the need for your express consent art. 6 lett. b), c), f) of the GDPR), the Controller may communicate your data for the purposes set out in point
    2.1 to those subjects to whom communication is obligatory by law for the fulfilment of the aforementioned purposes. Said subjects will process the data
    in their capacity as autonomous data controllers.
    Nature of the provision of data and consequences of refusal to answer
